The Rooftop at La Grand Poste has been designed to offer a convivial and unusual “afterwork” atmosphere. The materials chosen add a touch of warmth to the space, with subdued lighting creating an intimate atmosphere from dusk onwards. The furniture has been custom-designed to offer an uninterrupted view of the Meuse, with platforms facing the windows. The ultra-colourful, minimalist illustrations dress up and enliven the bar, the metal structures above the bleachers and the custom cushions, matching the chairs, shelves and bench upholstery.

The metal chairs adorning the bar and terrace were designed and created in collaboration with Atelier J&J, who produced them from their workshop in Brussels. This project gave our studio an opportunity to delve back into our past as object designers, for the duration of a collaboration.
