Le Victor is much more than just a restaurant; it’s a place for sharing and conviviality, where Michelin-starred chef Clément Petitjean has succeeded in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all their customers.

With its innovative ‘gourmet brasserie’ concept and commitment to local produce, Le Victor has quickly become the place to be. With the studio’s help, it was able to design and redesign the space to offer a kitchen open to the public, allowing customers to enjoy a breathtaking view.

When it came to fitting out and renovating the restaurant, we wanted to fit in with this
military architecture, using simple, obvious materials such as wood, leather, concrete and cement tiles. But Clément’s kitchen evokes a completely different kind of finesse, which we’ve brought to life with the use of blown-glass light fittings that adorn the large communal table opposite the kitchen. 

Le Victor has become a place where quality, conviviality and aesthetics come together to offer a unique gastronomic experience in Arlon.
